We took our already popular Trappist at the Track Belgian-style Tripel and aged it for a year in bourbon barrels. This wonderful barrel-aged beer opens up with aromas of bourbon and spice, with a deep richness from the oak. Honey and vanilla compliment the Belgian yeast characteristics, making this an irresistible and dangerous beer for sipping on during a cold winter evening.
