Smooth with hints of dark chocolate malt coming from the grain bill which is specifically designed to bring out more of the chocolate malt flavor. When brewing this brown ale, we match our water chemistry to the water chemistry in London, England. Made with NY state ingredients, this beer is a perfect balance of malt, chocolate, and lightly roasted coffee flavors.
