Derailleur is an homage to our roots brewing in the old Serotta bike factory. This highly drinkable IPA is inspired by West Coast IPAs while being influenced by the less astringent NEIPAs that are so popular today. It showcases wonderful old-school hops like Amarillo, Cascade, and Simcoe.
