Multiple Infinities Stout

7.5% ABV

Multiple Infinities is a super smooth, milk chocolate vanilla coffee oatmeal stout with a balance of flavors from a wonderful interaction of grains, flaked and malted oats, Kru Coffee, Cacao Vita nibs, organic vanilla, and lactose.

Raspberry Chocolate Lava Cake

ABV: 12.5%

A pastry stout named after the delectable dessert, the brewers made a “big” stout and aged it over a huge bed of Peruvian Cacao nibs from Primo Botánica (Troy, NY), then secondary fermented with fresh raspberry puree and organic vanilla. The flavors are immense and the body is intentionally heavy, but because it isn’t overly cloying, you won’t fill up after one beer. Contains lactose.

Irish Cream Multiple Infinites

Multiple Infinities Irish Cream Stout

9.0% ABV

For those that don’t know, Multiple Infinities is our luscious, creamy 9% ABV Milk Chocolate Stout featuring a huge addition of fresh cacao nibs from Cacao Vita in Rochester, NY. This isn’t your typical “roasty,” burnt toast type of stout. This is decadence in a glass. Imagine an amazing chocolate bar in perfect balance with a beautiful Irish Cream flavor, only it’s liquid, and it has alcohol. That can’t be a bad thing. (For our lactose intolerant friends, you’ll have to sit this one out. All Milk Stouts have lactose, hence their beer style name).

Contains a wee bit of lactose to help with balance and mouthfeel.

This is the first re-release from our Taproom series lineup. We chose to repeat Taproom #8 as this beer was the fastest selling beer we’ve ever produced. For Taproom #10 we used the same recipe as Taproom #8, only with a slight decrease in the lactose. Based off the feedback from Taproom #10, we’ll decide which version, Taproom #8, or Taproom #10, makes it into the permanent rotation of Artisanal’s IPAs.

Tastes of cantaloupe, guava, berry, apricot, passion fruit, and citrus coat the roof of your mouth, then wait for it… a pleasant hop bitterness develops and keeps on riding on your taste buds. Great floral and citrus aromas are best expressed in a Teku glass. Amarillo and Simcoe hops (aka Amcoe) play well together in the DDH IPA!

We’ve made many IPAs with predominant citrus flavors; for Taproom 13 we challenged ourselves to make an IPA that has flavors reminiscent of a perfectly ripe cantaloupe melon fruit salad, along with all the characteristics you expect from our Taproom series – hazy, juicy aromas and flavors, with a silky mouthfeel and a smooth bitterness in perfect balance with massive flavors that linger on your palette. Taste for yourself – did we achieve our goal?

Beer deets – NO melons were harmed in producing this beer. All flavors are derived from Azacca, Cashmere, and Ekuanot hops. Contains a small amount of lactose.

“She’s A Beaut, Clark”

ABV: 7.75%

Super soft, non-astrigent, pillowy mouthfeel that coats your mouth with tropical juicy flavors of pineapple, bright citrus, and a touch of pine. Hopped with a NY grown hop, and a newer USA grown hop that has TONS of hop oils that lend to GREAT juicy flavors.  With age, this beer will become even more juicy!
Note:  Contains Lactose.  No purees, fruits, flavorings, or extracts were used to get the juicy flavors, all flavors are hop and/or yeast driven.

“In the Weeds”

ABV: 7.75%

Hazy, juicy, and non-astrigent, with dank aromas as well as melon and freshly opened double bubble gum⁣. The mouth feel is pillowy soft, well suited for tongue rinsing hops⁣ with flavors of wild picked forest berries, fresh cut cantaloupe, and a finish of sweet grapefruit.⁣ Contains lactose.
The name “In the Weeds” is in reference to our approach on the hops with this release. We went “In the Weeds” of hop chemistry, in which we did a deep dive into the chemical attributes of specific hops, and used their respective attributes to decide when, and how much hops would be used in the process of making Taproom #17. “March of the Penguins”

ABV: 7.75

East meets West with a hop profile of the 4 C’s, Simcoe and Amarillo blended to yield candied tangerine and a smooth bitterness that layers with every sip. The intangible flavor is like a London Fog settling over Seattle or a walk through an Oregon pine forest with a golden wheat/straw palate refresher.

“Like Joose”

ABV: 7.75%

Taproom IPA #19 exhibits flavors of fresh squeezed orange juice and bold tropical fruit flavors, reminiscent of pineapple and mango, in addition to a resinous back note that you’ll love. If you like Joose, this is your beer. The mouth feel is soft and pillowy. On the nose, it has aromas of pear, watermelon, stone fruits, fresh squeezed orange juice, and even candy.

This is a “Down Under” liquid fruit salad, a perfect compliment for food fresh off the barbie! Flavors of Lime, Kiwi, and lychee from “Down Under” hops of Motueka, and Wai Iti, complimented by some west coast Azacca hops, dude! The beer has the mouthfeel and flavors that you come expect from our double IPAs – creamy, pillowy, JOOSE with no astringency. This is a ripper you can’t get at a servo! (This is a great beer you can’t get at a gas station)

This beaut features a heavy double dry hop of Galaxy and Mosaic, and a single dry hop of Citra. The picture tells what flavors we find in this 8% ABV DIPA. Well balanced between joose and a super smooth bite. We continue to fine tune our water chemistry in an effort to get super creamy mouthfeel. We can beat you over the head with all the marketing buzzwords, and tell you some intimate story of our inspiration, but we’ll spare you the blah blah. It’s an amazing IPA to share with friends and family, or to hoard for yourself.

“Pink Flamingos”

ABV: 8.0%

A lesson in complexity. Dry hopped with Galaxy and Sultana to create a nose that is all pineapple with a touch of fruity sweetness. They yield flavors of unripe pineapple with a touch of piney resin that leaves you wanting more. Leaving lactose out of this beer removes some sweetness and lets the hops shine bright like tropical sunshine.

Savage IPA

Aromas and flavors of tart grape and fresh crushed gooseberry. Savage is a marriage between New Zealand an Australian flavors, Mate!. With ample amounts of Nelson Sauvin hops (NZ) and Cabernet Sauvignon grape juice (AUS), Boysenberry puree, and a wee bit of lactose, it’s a sour with pleasant complexity. Like wine, this is sure to only get better with time, so buy some for now, and cellar some for later!

Totes McGoates is a SOIPA (session oat IPA) created especially for Extreme Beer Fest in Boston, Massachusetts. Aromas and flavors of banana, mango, citrus and kiwi come from a combination of juicy hops and fresh Mango and Lulo puree. The grain bill is mostly oats, which yields a super hazy, silky smooth mouthfeel. Contains lactose.

In our efforts to redefine what “beer” can taste like, we took inspiration from Acai Bowls. For those that haven’t had the pleasure, Acai bowls are basically a thick smoothie made with acai berries, typically topped with oatmeal and fruit. For our interpretation, we used all natural Acai, Bananna, Blueberry, and Raspberry purees with a grain bill heavy in oats. While we won’t claim the health benefits of all these antioxidants in this beer, we will claim it’s delicious.

A collaboration between Artisanal Brew Works and Rushing Duck (Chester, NY). Sweet citrus flavors abound, you’ll feel like you picked the best orange from the bunch! Great mouthfeel from ample amounts of oats, and massive amount of Azacca, Ekuanot, and Motueka hops. A blend of pale malt from Wisconson and New York State lends to a pleasant straw colored IPA.

GSL Juice

ABV: 6.1%

Flavors of juicy citrus fruits abound in this crushable Hazy single NEIPA featuring Mosaic, Citra, and Michigan Copper hops. Brewed in collaboration with the Lanzi family restaurants: Lanzi’s on the Lake, Lakeside Tavern, Sport Island Pub, Partner’s Pub, and soon Lorenzo’s Southside.

“I Am Serious, But Don’t Call Me Shirley”

ABV: 4.3%

This Shirley Temple-inspired was made in collaboration with BMT Restaurant Group (and available at Junior’s Bar & Grill, North Greenbush, Madison Pour House, and soon Albany Ale & Oyster) and offers all the taste of a Shirley Temple without being too sweet. Made with loads of Pommegranate puree and orange (sans loads of sugar found in grenadine), with a splash of ginger, key lime and lemon.
We got our inspiration from a “kiddie cocktail” but ours is made for adults. We didn’t put in red dye, or a cherry, and it has alcohol, so “Don’t call me Shirley!” Draft and growler fills only.

World Water Day

Smooth Citrus flavors complimented with notes of fresh melon and stone
fruit, plus hints of wild blueberries. The brewers adjusted hop techniques, amounts, and the water chemistry to make a single IPA taste as hop saturated, and have a mouthfeel you would expect from a double IPA. Exceptionally smooth and balanced bitterness, without being astringent.

Super refreshing Tart Cherry Kettle Sour. Made in conjunction with The Hollow Bar + Kitchen, and The Hot Yoga Spot, this sour is intended to be refreshing post-yoga beverage. With over 300 lbs of tart cherries, you’ll get a great tart cherry flavor without being overwhelmed by kick-you-in-the-teeth sourness.

This release is only available at the brewery and at the Hollow in conjunction with their #YogaOnTap classes.

Our Belgian Wit with a massive amount of freshly picked Blueberry flavors and aromas. For this years batch, we used all-natural Blueberry Concentrate from our friends at Puree Arete’ in Catskill, NY. We used concentrate so we wouldn’t dilute the beer with all the water found in fresh blueberries or puree, allowing us to optimize the blueberry flavors and aromas. We would have needed over 600 lbs of freshly picked blueberries to equal what we used in concentrate, so long story short – If you like blueberries, you’re in for a treat with our Blueberry in the Glasses Wit!

Made with our Belgian Wit as the base beer, then seconday fermented with over 200 pounds of all natural Raspberry puree from our friends at Puree Areté (Catskill, NY). A great balance of raspberry flavors and mild tartness, without coming across as sweet or overpowering. Refreshing and crushable for any weather.

We use our White in the Glasses Ingredients, but instead of putting in spices, we add copious amounts of all natural peach puree, and a wee bit of Apricot puree. This beer is NOT sweet. Real peach is one of the most delicate flavored fruited wits we make. While the peach flavor isn’t in your face like our Raspberry or Passion Fruit cousins, it’s still a very pleasant fruited wit. (Contains a small amount of lactose.)

Final Furlong

ABV: 4.0%

Light and crisp ale with muted fruity tones. Featuring 100 % grown NYS Pilsner malt and Newport hops, this German inspired Kölsch will be sure to please! This special release was crafted especially for Final Furlong Racing Stable; the beer was included in the offering to partners of a horse aptly named “Summer Brew.”

“First, we selected premium malts to yield an orange hue. Next we used a Norwegian yeast called Kveik, which lends to a bit of orange aroma. Ground nutmeg and cloves were hand selected from @fourseasons, and rather than use cinnamon sticks as in the past, we decided to use our favorite cereal: Cinnamon Toast Crunch! Brewed a touch O’ lactose to yield a silky smooth mouth feel, and secondary fermented with sweet orange peel and vanilla, this is a spiced seasonal beer to be savored with friends, or by a warm toasty fire with the ones you love.

Smooth dark chocolate in a glass! We use our BB Brown recipe, but add lactose and LOTS of Peruvian Cacao nibs fresh roasted by Primo Botanica (Troy, NY).

Impeachment IPA

No “fake brews” here! This juicy, hazy single IPA was made with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Cashmere hops and white peaches, sitting at a crushable 5.9% ABV! Made with All-American ingredients in the USA!

Centrist IPA

ABV: 5.9%

We combined the piney flavor of a West Coast style IPA with the haze of an East Coast style IPA. So it’s not an East or West coast style; it’s a “Centrist” IPA!

Little Bit of Trouble

The summer version of our Belgian Dark Strong “Whole Lotta Trouble,” this Belgian Double has very pleasant caramel malt tones with a slight touch of spice imparted from our house Belgian yeast. Warning! This Belgian dubble ale tastes too good to be 7.5% abv. It may cause a little bit of trouble. Consume with caution…and enjoy!
