Touch O’ Crunch is a no pumpkin, pumpkin style red ale. As sure as the days get shorter and the leaves change color, fall is the time of year where everything smells or tastes of pumpkin spice. When developing the idea for a pumpkin spiced beer, we thought anyone can just add spices; that’s not difficult. To increase the difficulty in making the beer, we decided to get the pumpkin spice flavor from an ingredient we mix in with the grains on brew day – cinnamon square cereal!
