Made with fresh mozzarella, basil, and Chef Jason’s twist, tomato jam, on perfectly toasted artisan sourdough bread. If you haven’t heard of tomato jam, it’s a sweet and savory jam made with finely diced tomatoes, seasoned with rosemary, and cracked black pepper cooked down to a jam-like consistency. Plated with marinated olives and chips, it’s great comfort food for a cold winter day.
