Unken Brew is a high-energy acoustic trio blending bluegrass, blues, Americana, and old-time roots into a sound thatโ€™s both soulful and foot-stomping. Built around the tight musicianship of David Leiberman (guitar, harmonica, vocals), Bruce Thompson (guitar, dobro, vocals), and Sam Katz (mandolin), the band draws on influences ranging from classic country and traditional folk to modern acoustic storytelling. With rich harmonies, dynamic arrangements, and a lively stage presence, Unken Brew delivers a warm, rootsy vibe that feels right at home in any listening room, taproom, or outdoor music space.

๐ŸŒŸ Location: When the weather is favorable, enjoy the music outdoors on our scenic Nature’s Edge Terrace. On cooler nights, we move the festivities indoors to our cozy taproom.

๐ŸŽถ Live Music: Talented local musicians perform every Saturday from 5 PM to 7 PM (unless noted as a different time)
