The wonderful Belgian yeast esters give a superbly pleasant spice note that is balanced by a rich and crisp malt backbone. The complex and multidimensional flavor profile of this beer will elevate your palate to new levels. We recommend you slowly savor this golden hued Trippel Ale on a chilly fall or winter day. The sinister can label features a Trappist monk riding a horse at the track, which was hand-drawn by local artist, Madison of Violet Rose Art.

Derailleur is an homage to our roots brewing in the old Serotta bike factory. This highly drinkable IPA is inspired by West Coast IPAs while being influenced by the less astringent NEIPAs that are so popular today. BB Brown Ale is our take on an English-Style Brown Ale. Smooth with hints of dark chocolate malt coming from the grain bill which is specifically designed to bring out more of the chocolate malt flavor. When brewing this brown ale, we match our water chemistry to the water chemistry in London, England. Made with NY state ingredients, this beer is a perfect balance of malt, chocolate, and lightly roasted coffee flavors.

Lightly dry-hopped with European Hops, this beer is a modern Italian-Style Pilsner. Crisp, clean, and perfect for sipping on all day long as it’s perfectly sessionable at 5.2% ABV. The can label features an architectural style sketch hand-drawn by aspiring architect Will Fortin. On the front is “Ye Olde Measuring Stick” and on the back is an illustration and short story of how we use our simple measuring stick to fill our cleaning vessels.

Like the sour ales, these sour hard seltzers were created to be true to the candy, but still drinkable by the pint which required a delicate balance between drinkability, sourness, flavor, and sweetness. The hard candy has three distinct sensory phases - extreme sour, flavor, and sweet. Our Warheads® Hard Seltzers seek to match the point when the Warheads® candy transitions from the sour phase to the flavor phase. These hard seltzers are refreshing, sweet, sour, and totally unlike any seltzer you’ve had before! Each seltzer features a different Warheads® Extreme Sour candy flavoring with flavors rotating each batch.

We chose this stage of the candy to mimic our ales after, as we sought a delicate balance between sourness, flavor, sweetness, and drinkability in R&D.
